Advanced Workflow Management
Using this module users have restricted read/write access to article, but this is not 100% true because articles that are not in published workflow state but are published in system, will still show up in search or other areas where node access is used to check access. This is due to the limitation in node access function that there isn't any hook that can help us do or allow developer to add some more stuff in its processing, either we have to hack that function or there is a view created with this module that will at least help admin to restrict those kind of nodes through advance workflow management filters on pages and blocks created by views module
Improvement Workflow Management will assist workflow admin specify single work flow with states adding a layer of groups at top of that, obtain access to control will be based groups. This module will make a new tab "Work flow Groups" by which admin would be able to make various roles as work flow groups, specify group role to the user (writer editor in chief publishers) together with the role that manipulate work flow.
Advance Workflow Management will be based upon work flow module; make your work flow along with the states as you do usually with work flow module. Append work flow groups; for instance make two workflow groups through the "Work flow Groups" tab, specify that group role to the different user along with writer editor in chief role. The article published by one group with same work flow will likely not allow authoring altering access to the user of other group who are also using very same work flow.

The Design of Cloud Workflow Systems $39.95 Cloud computing is the latest market-oriented computing paradigm which brings software design and development into a new era characterized by "XaaS", i.e. everything as a service. Cloud workflows, as typical software applications in the cloud, are composed of a set of partially ordered cloud software services to achieve specific goals. The support of QoS is critical for the quality of cloud workflow applications. This book presents a generic framework to facilitate a unified design and development process for software components that deliver lifecycle support for different QoS requirements. While the general QoS requirements for cloud workflow applications can have many dimensions, this book mainly focuses on three of the most important ones, viz. performance, reliability and security. In this book, the architecture, functionality and QoS management of our SwinDeW-C prototype cloud workflow system are demonstrated in detail as a case study to evaluate our generic design for cloud workflow systems.
